Dust Mop Love

I have renewed love for dust mops.  That's right, the floor cleaning gadget.

Whle we were on vaca my kids cleaned the floors with a dust mop of my mother-in-law's, and promised they would do more cleaning at home if I bought one for them.  So, when we returned home I did.

For the last several years I have been using my Swiffer floor duster and the disposable sheets.  I know...naughty!  Since we have wood floors, and I hate walking on crumbs, I was going through quite a few sheets.  One of those habits I had become so used to that I hadn't stopped to consider all of the unnecessary waste I was producing.

Well, once we got the new dust mop I was excited as anyone to try it out.  I know that sounds silly, but sometimes it's the little things.  And I love it!  Makes cleaning up crumbs and dog hair super fast, easy and even kind of enjoyable.  And isn't it cute?
